How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
What if my item is faulty?
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled under the Consumer Guarantees Act to a refund, repair, or exchange. Please get in touch as soon as possible so we can sort this for you.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind about your purchase, we’re happy to offer you a credit note (valid for 12 months) once the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
How do I return an item?
Email us at caitlin@zephyrandco.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
Send it back to us to the address provided on the return confirmation email. Return shipping is at your cost (unless the item is faulty).
When will I receive my refund, exchange, or credit?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or credit note within 5–7 business days.
